Please note, we do require at least 24 hour’s notice for full appointment cancellations. Last minute, same day cancellations and/or missed appointments will result in a charge amounting to 100% of the treatment cost. To accommodate this, we now require a credit card on file for any missed appointments or cancellations without 24 hours notice.

Price Increase Notice:

Due to rising operational costs, treatment fees will be adjusted effective February 15, 2026. Acupuncture appointments with Rachel, Jenna and Alicia will increase by $5. Monica’s rates will stay the same. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

Many people experience symptoms such as pelvic pain, painful intercourse, bladder urgency, constipation, tailbone pain, or pelvic pressure without realizing the pelvic floor muscles may be contributing.

Treatment may include acupuncture points on the abdomen, lower back, sacrum, hips, glutes, and inner thighs to help relax tight muscles, improve circulation, and support normal nerve function.

Pelvic floor acupuncture may help with conditions such as pelvic pain, bladder dysfunction, constipation, tailbone pain, groin or hip pain, pubic symphysis pain in pregnancy, dysmenorrhea, and pudendal nerve irritation.

We offer deep tissue, sports massage, myofascial release, relaxation massage and dynamic cupping.

Prenatal Massage Therapy

Prenatal massage supports all stages of pregnancy, from the first trimester to post-partum. Easing joint and back pain, improving circulation, reducing swelling and tension, and promoting relaxation, better sleep, and emotional well-being.

Jenna received her Diploma of Acupuncture from Grant MacEwan University in 2016 and is a Registered Acupuncturist with the College & Association of Acupuncturists of Alberta (CAAA) and a Fellow of the Acupuncture and TCM Board of Reproductive Medicine (FABORM).

Following her graduation Jenna embarked on an enriching internship at Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Zhengzhou, China, where she witnessed firsthand the remarkable effectiveness of acupuncture and herbal medicine in a hospital setting.

Jenna specializes in fertility acupuncture by assisting couples through natural cycles and procedures such as IVF and IUI, including addressing male factor infertility.

Beyond fertility Jenna excels in treating acute and chronic injuries on the neck, shoulder, hip and low back as well as jaw dysfunction like TMJ. Combining motor point needling with traditional acupuncture Jenna optimizes outcomes for her clients.

She also offers cosmetic acupuncture, facial cupping and gua sha techniques, drawing from her background as a former esthetician to address skin conditions and aging.

Jenna extends her expertise to autoimmune issues such as Hashimoto’s thyroiditis and multiple sclerosis (MS), utilizing scalp acupuncture for central nervous system disorders, neurological conditions and pain management.

Monica Patt, R.AC, FABORM

Monica is a graduate of the MacEwan acupuncture program and practices in downtown Edmonton.

Monica was diagnosed with endometriosis at a young age and after several surgeries it was recommended she have a hysterectomy before she was even 20 years old. As a last resort she began seeking other options. That is when she discovered acupuncture and it changed her life.

After seeing the changes it made in her own health Monica became fascinated with acupuncture and enrolled in the acupuncture program at McEwan University. Her own experience with endometriosis, fertility struggles and ultimately IVF to build her family is what drives her passion for the treatment of women’s reproductive health. She is dedicated and passionate about treating fertility, pregnancy, and supporting couples undergoing assisted fertility treatments such as IVF and IUI.

Committed to providing excellent care and ongoing learning Monica has taken several courses to further develop and fine-tune her acupuncture skills. These areas include fertility, pregnancy, women’s reproductive health, musculoskeletal and sports injuries.

She is a Registered Acupuncturist with the College & Association of Acupuncturists of Alberta (CAAA) and a Fellow of the American Board of Oriental Reproductive Medicine (FABORM). She has also completed The Acupuncture Sports Medicine Apprenticeship Program under Whitfield Reaves author of The Acupuncture Handbook of Sports Injuries &Pain.

Monica was voted for in Vue Magazine as “Best Acupuncturist” in 2016, 2015 and runner up in 2014. She is known for her friendly, laid back treatment style and is a lifelong student.

Alicia Stoffberg

Alicia Stoffberg, R.Ac, BHS, OBAA

**Registered Acupuncturist Obstetrical Acupuncture Association Member**

Alicia is a registered acupuncturist with the College of Acupuncturists of Alberta (CAA) and a graduate of the MacEwan University Acupuncture program. She also holds a Bachelor of Health Science degree from Thompson Rivers University.

With over 12 years of experience in massage therapy prior to transitioning her practice exclusively to acupuncture, Alicia brings a deep understanding of the body to her treatments. Her background continues to inform her clinical approach—especially in the treatment of pain conditions such as headaches and neck pain, shoulder and lower back pain (including sciatica, arthritis, and muscle strain), and jaw pain such as TMJ dysfunction.

In addition to pain management, Alicia treats digestive concerns such as IBS, abdominal discomfort, bloating, constipation, and diarrhea. She also has a strong clinical interest in reproductive and hormonal health, supporting patients through PMS, painful periods, fertility journeys, and the physical and emotional transitions of pregnancy.

Alicia is a registered member of the Obstetrical Acupuncture Association (OBAA), having completed advanced training in pregnancy-specific care. This specialized education equips her to provide safe, effective, and compassionate acupuncture support throughout all stages of pregnancy and postpartum.

Rochelle Churchill

Rochelle Churchill, RMT

Rochelle is a registered massage therapist with twenty-nine years of experience. She holds her massage licence with the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada (NHPC).

Rochelle offers prenatal and postnatal massage, deep tissue, myofascial release, sports massage, relaxation, manual lymph drainage, reflexology and is certified in dynamic cupping.

She enjoys treating neck pain, headaches and migraines, lower back and hip pain and lower body dysfunction such as hamstring issues, sciatic nerve issues, pain referral patterns and trigger point issues.

In addition to massage therapy Rochelle also has training in Gua Sha inspired soft tissue release to further enhance her treatments by treating fascial restrictions as well as muscle and tendon dysfunction.

Rachel Yeap R.Ac, FABORM

Rachel received her Diploma of Acupuncture from Grant MacEwan University and completed an internship at Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Zhengzhou, China. Her experience in China allowed her to see acupuncture and herbal medicine used in a hospital setting with excellent results.

Inspired she returned to Edmonton and began practicing. Rachel has a special interest in women’s reproductive health, fertility, pregnancy, pain management, cosmetic acupuncture as well as stress management.

Prior to become a registered acupuncturist Rachel was a massage therapist for 10 years. The combination of her past career increases her success with pain management cases.

Dedicated to ongoing learning Rachel has completed many courses to improve her client’s treatment outcomes including Japanese Moxa therapy, the use of motor points for pain relief, cosmetic acupuncture and is a Fellow of the American Board of Oriental Reproductive Medicine.
